My account expired and I can’t log in

If your plan expired and you can’t log in, it likely means it’s been more than 2 months since the expiration date. Accounts are usually removed from our system after that time.

But no worries 🙂, we can still help you continue preparing for your GED test!

Even though your account is no longer in our database, you can request to reactivate it.

Once reactivated, you’ll be able to renew your plan for 1, 3, or 6 months, with a 35% discount.

Please note: 👉 When your account is reactivated, your old progress will not appear right away.

However, after you purchase a new plan, you can contact us, and we’ll help mark lessons or modules as completed based on what you’ve already covered.
