I can't log in to my account
If you can't log in to your account, try to reset your password.
If you can't reset the password and get the error message, "ERROR: That Username or Email wasn't found." follow these steps to identify the issue.
1. Make sure your Onsego account is still active. If your plan expired more than two months ago, your account might now be in our current database. Send us an email, and we will help you.
2. Check if there is no typo in the email you are trying to use. The email is only valid if it’s entered in the exact same way. So, the solution to this problem is to type the email somewhere else, check if it's correct, and then copy and paste it to the Onsego login form.
3. If your email is correct, check if you received a welcome message from Onsego. If you didn't get any emails from us, it means that there is a typo in the email address that you used when you signed up. Usually, when you sign up, you are automatically logged into your Onsego account, but if there is a typo in your email address, you can't log in again because your real email address is not in Onsego's database.
If you think that Onsego has your incorrect email address in our database, contact us. Let us know your full name, your correct email address, and the date you purchased the Onsego plan. We will correct the typo, and you can continue using your Onsego account.
