Videos are not working

If you see the message "Sorry, because of privacy settings, this video cannot be played here," we ask you to perform these troubleshooting steps:


  • Clear the cache of your internet browser. Your computer browser may have old, invalid little files called cache. This link will show you how to clean them:  How to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser.


  • If the clearing cache doesn't work, please log in to your account on your phone. Can you access videos? If yes, the issue is related to your browser, and you might want to investigate it, or you can switch to a different one, for example, Firefox.


  • If you still can't access videos on your phone/tablet, please take a screenshot of the whole screen and send it to us.
