How long does a refund normally take?
When you apply for a refund, we initiate it with Stripe if you paid with a debit card, credit card, or PayPal. They immediately send a request to your bank or card issuer. You see the refund as a credit approximately 2-10 business days later, depending on your bank.
Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used in the charge. It's impossible to send a refund to a different destination (for example, another card or bank account).
If, after 10 days, you didn't receive a refund, contact us, and we will send you the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) corresponding to the refund. You can then take the ARN to your bank, which will be able to provide more information about when the refund will be available.
The ARN is only available if you paid with your debit or credit card. It doesn't apply to PayPal payments.
