How can I get a refund and my money back?

Onsego offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for our GED Prep courses.

If you purchased an Onsego course within the last seven days, send us an email with your request, and we will refund your purchase. Click here to request a refund.

After submitting your refund request, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder and ensure your inbox can receive new messages.

If you don’t receive a confirmation, there may be an issue with your email address — such as a typo or your inbox being full. In that case, contact us via chat at https://onsego.com/chat/.


Integrity

We assume you are asking for a refund because Onsego doesn't fit your learning preferences.

However, if you have completed over 40% of one or more subject prep courses during these seven days and then ask for a refund, we consider this action an unfair use of our money-back guarantee policy.


Therefore, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to deduct the "used" course price ($29) from your total refund.

Refunds take 2-10 business days to appear on a customer’s statement.

  • Only the account owner can request a refund.
  • A student can get a refund only once.


Please remember that the Onsego support team cannot request a refund for you.
