However, if you have completed over 38% of one or more subject prep courses during these seven days and then ask for a refund, we consider this action an unfair use of our money-back guarantee policy.

Therefore, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to deduct the "used" course price ($29) from your total refund.

Refunds take 2-10 business days to appear on a customer’s statement.
