I can not access my NEW account
If you cannot access your account, but you paid for the Onsego course, it means that there is a typo in the email address that you used when you signed up.
Your account exists, but it’s assigned to an incorrect email address.
You can easily confirm that by checking your emails. When you sign up for an Onsego plan, our system sends you two welcome emails; if you didn’t receive them, your email in our database is incorrect.
Contact us and let us know your full name, your correct email address, and the date you purchased your Onsego plan. It also helps if you send us a screenshot of your bank statement showing the Onsego purchase.
