Can a non-citizen take the Canadian GED Test?

The GED test in Canada has been replaced by the CAEC test.

The CAEC test is open to Canadian residents and landed immigrants. Regulations, however, vary slightly by province.

You can check with GED.com if you can take the US version of the GED test. There are states that do not have residency requirements.
