If you don't see your courses, it means that your account has expired. If you renew it in 30 days, your progress will be automatically restored, and you will have access to your courses.
Our system will delete your account if you don’t renew it in the next 30 days.
How to renew your account
You should receive an email from us; this email contains a link to a payment page that offers a 20% discount. Click on this link and complete the payment. If you didn't receive this link, click here.
Keep in mind that this link only works if you use the same email address associated with your Onsego account.
