Yes, you can pay the GED test fee for someone else by buying the pre-paid GED test vouchers. 

To do so, you need to go to the GED Marketplace website, choose the location where the student wants to take the test, and then you are presented with the option to buy pre-paid vouchers. You can choose a voucher for 1 single subject or all 4 subjects. Keep in mind that there is a difference between a voucher for the online proctored GED test and a voucher for the in-person GED test at a testing center.
