What are ID Requirements for the GED test?
ID requirements refer to the fact that when you take the GED test, your identification is always checked. Usually, only one form of ID is required for GED testers. IDs must be non-expired and government-issued such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport.
However, some states have a specific rule that requires two forms of IDs; usually, it happens if
• the ID doesn’t contain a home address, and the state has a residency requirement,
or
• the primary ID doesn’t contain a signature, in which case a secondary ID will be required.
