Some Healthcare Insurance Providers such as WellCare, Aetna Medicaid Health, and AmeriHealth Caritas include Free GED Testing for their members. 

#4. Dial 2-1-1

Available in all 50 states, 2-1-1 provides free and confidential information and referral to appropriate agencies and community organizations.
