Why was my card declined?

Sometimes, a credit/debit card is declined for reasons unknown to us. If this happens to you, please follow these suggestions:

  • Check if you added all the needed information, including the CVV/CVC code.
  • Check if the cardholder’s Street Address and Zip Code are correct.
  • Check if the Expiration Month and Year are correct.

Choose a different payment method:

  • Choose PayPal instead of a credit card. PayPal payments are free for you; we cover all costs.
  • Purchase an Onsego Gift Card to pay for your plan.
